We have an office and showroom onsite at our Webster location. All orders can be made by phone, in our office, or we can meet with you for an onsite consultation.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Most orders placed with McCarthy Tents & Events are delivered directly to you. While some rental items are delivery only, we also offer orders to be picked up and returned for Will Call at our Webster location. Extra charges will result in deliveries to upstairs, elevator use or any point where extra time and/or labor is involved. Extra charges will also be applied if a delivery and/or pick up is needed outside of normal business hours.
When do you require payment?
All orders require a 50% deposit to be confirmed and made into a Reservation. The remainder of the balance is paid prior to the delivery. Acceptable forms of payment for delivery include all major credit cards, check, or cash. Checks as a final payment for the remaining balance must be received by McCarthy Tents & Events at least 2 weeks prior to the delivery date. Acceptable forms of payments for Will Call pickups are credit/debit, and checks if they are paid 2 weeks prior to the pickup date. No cash for Will Calls. The 50% deposit paid to secure an order is non refundable. Please note that orders over $3,500.00 will have a 3% processing charge added if paying by credit card.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations can be canceled anytime. However, the 50% deposit is non refundable.
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged in the event that a tent is canceled from an existing reservation within 30 days of the event.
What if I need to make changes to my order?
Minor changes to orders prior to the event are often expected, as the number of guests can frequently change ect. We recommend that you attempt to make any changes at least 2 weeks prior to delivery date or Will Call pickup date. We will make every effort possible to meet your needs.
