White Glove In-Home Delivery
$169
White Glove In-Home Delivery is available in about 14 days to most areas; delivery to remote areas may vary. Your order will be fully inspected and delivered to your room(s) of choice, where items will be unpacked and assembled, and packing materials removed; assembly of items with your existing furniture (headboards, bed frames, table tops, table bases, etc.) not included. Additional items not eligible for In-Home Delivery that are purchased on the same order are eligible for free standard shipping; order inspection, unpacking and assembly of these items and removal of packing materials not included. In-Home Delivery price does not include local delivery charges for in-stock store items. In-Home Delivery is not available in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada. You will receive an email when our delivery carrier receives your order. The carrier will then contact you via phone and email to schedule the delivery of your order within a two-hour delivery window. The person accepting delivery must be present and at least 18 years of age. Please share any delivery or access restrictions (gated access to home, elevator or stair location, etc.) with the delivery carrier in advance.
Free Store Pickup
This shipping option is available for the majority of our merchandise, with the exception of items designated as Online Only or In-Home Delivery Only, at all U.S. Pier 1 Imports stores. Just select our free Store Pickup option during checkout. Most Store Pickup orders are processed within hours, and you will receive an email notifying you when your items are ready for pickup at the Pier 1 store of your choice that has them in stock.
If you items are not in stock at your preferred store, they may be eligible for Free Ship to Store from one of our distribution centers and should arrive in about 14 days in the contiguous U.S., or three weeks or less in Alaska and Hawaii. You will receive an email when your order ships from our distribution center to the store. Once the store receives your order, they will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.
