Linens and table covers are an important element of your party rental. Whether planning for a wedding or corporate event, McCarthy Tents & Events has the color and fabric options you need to match your theme or company logo. See our color option chart below, showing what’s available for all linen rentals listed. We also offer specialty and luxury linen rentals upon request.

Linens are the perfect way to express your personal tastes and transform the interior of your tent into something truly unique and beautiful. Our party rental experts are available to discuss all of your linens and table cover options. Come and see linen samples and swatches in our showroom Inspiration Room!

Please note, many of our linens are provided by a trusted trade partner. This means that all linens will be delivered to you pressed, bagged and folded. This will result in the linens having crease lines. These lines will relax over time, however some clients do opt to steam the linens themselves on site. We do not provide an on site steaming service.

Also, we need all final linen counts 2 weeks prior to the delivery date or will-call pickup date.

Our wedding took place this last Sunday. My wife chose the venue but I was adamant that we should get a tent. The process was much more difficult than I thought it would be and I was starting to feel overwhelmed. We found out our venue had booked a wedding the day before (also requiring a tent, albeit smaller) so getting a tent set up for us on the day of was going to be difficult... I called numerous tent rental companies that told me the job would be too difficult without at least a few days to get everything set up (considering the size of the tent and what we'd need). One person even told me that they'd typically need 3 days to a week to set up a tent with the size and decorations we needed and was basically unhelpful. Eventually I contacted Nolans/Mccarthys and they were able to accomodate our requests. I worked with Ela and she went above and beyond in making the rental process as easy as possible. She gave great suggestions in regards to decor and assured me that they would get everything finished in time... Including decorating and setting up a custom stage which is typically used in a traditional South Asian wedding. We eventually settled on a 100 foot sail cloth tent with two types of lighting, gold chavari chairs, a dance floor, dessert dishes, and chafing dishes. When we arrived at the venue at 10:30 AM on the day of the wedding we found the tent already set up, chandaliers hung, bistro lighting set up, dance floor set up, and our stage was finished and beautifully decorated. Ask for Ela if you go through Nolans/ Mccarthys; she is warm and kind and made the process so much easier for us. I will definitely go through them again if I ever need a tent!read more

They were very quick to respond and had no issue adjusting the quote. We picked up what we needed to transport ourselves and had no issues. Jeff and the McCarthy team come through for me every.single.time. I'm a wedding planner based in Chicago, but I am from Rochester and had my wedding in Ithaca, NY 4 years ago. I met them through a friend at the time, and they were absolutely spectacular in the planning process -- meeting me at my (very) detailed level to help plan a large tent wedding in Ithaca. We booked McCarthy's to set up for both, our Wedding & Reception. They were willing to set up our tents 3-4 days in advance, which allowed our wedding planners more time to design the spaces. Furthermore, they ran out of pile wood, which was our choice of flooring for our Wedding; however, they upgraded the flooring to Grey Pickle wood, which is significantly more expensive, without extra charge. They have a VAST collection to pick from to create your very own venue and we greatly appreciated their hard work & generosity. Highly Recommend!read more

I am a mom who had to transition our daughters wedding to our home. I had McCarthy tents already reserved, but with change in plans they were most accommodating. Jeff was always there to answer my calls and questions. From the person answering the phone to the delivery people everyone is professional and top notch. Customer service is their top priority. I went to McCarthy Tents & Events to add bistro lighting for a little ambiance under the wedding reception tent and they did not disappoint! The wedding was spectacular! All went well, starting with the weather. McCarthy's wonderful crew set up the tents in the POURING RAIN 2 days in advance. It kept the ground underneath somewhat drier, and thus was completely dry by Saturday. The service was awesome - the staff always provided prompt answers to my many questions over 6 months, and had great flexibility near the end with my additions and subtractions. The tent we got from McCarthy's was a big beautiful double poled white tent that immediately brought a festive look to the yard. A crew came, led (I think) by Adam Bentivegna; they were responsible and responsive and a pleasure to work with. LIghts on the tent added a welcome touch. I also got the 12' x 12' dance floor which for my party was a little small (around 80 people) but aside from that, everything went smoothly with getting the tent up and down and I would gladly return as a customer again.read more

The day has not quite arrived yet. So far the service has been very pleasant and efficient. But they can not pinpoint a 4 hour window when they may arrive to set up. To just say they will call you 30 minutes prior is not helpful. When you are planning a large party, that's not exactly a timetable that works. I would think by the day before, you could pinpoint either morning or afternoon for a delivery schedule.read more

We could not have been happier with the service we received. The sail cloth tent we had set up at our wedding - all I can say is WOW. It was beyond incredible. Jeff and the McCarthy team come through for me every.single.time. I'm a wedding planner based in Chicago, but I am from Rochester and had my wedding in Ithaca, NY 4 years ago. I met them through a friend at the time, and they were absolutely spectacular in the planning process -- meeting me at my (very) detailed level to help plan a large tent wedding in Ithaca. Jeff provided helpful guidance about tent size, layout and set-up as well as quantities for all items from chairs and tables to napkins and coffee cups. Fast forward and they are the only rental company I recommend to clients getting married in Upstate NY. We booked McCarthy's to set up for both, our Wedding & Reception. They were willing to set up our tents 3-4 days in advance, which allowed our wedding planners more time to design the spaces. Furthermore, they ran out of pile wood, which was our choice of flooring for our Wedding; however, they upgraded the flooring to Grey Pickle wood, which is significantly more expensive, without extra charge. They have a VAST collection to pick from to create your very own venue and we greatly appreciated their hard work & generosity. Highly Recommend!read more

The wedding was spectacular! All went well, starting with the weather. McCarthy's wonderful crew set up the tents in the POURING RAIN 2 days in advance. It kept the ground underneath somewhat drier, and thus was completely dry by Saturday. The service was awesome - the staff always provided prompt answers to my many questions over 6 months, and had great flexibility near the end with my additions and subtractions. The tent we got from McCarthy's was a big beautiful double poled white tent that immediately brought a festive look to the yard. A crew came, led (I think) by Adam Bentivegna; they were responsible and responsive and a pleasure to work with. LIghts on the tent added a welcome touch. I also got the 12' x 12' dance floor which for my party was a little small (around 80 people) but aside from that, everything went smoothly with getting the tent up and down and I would gladly return as a customer again.read more

The day has not quite arrived yet. So far the service has been very pleasant and efficient. But they can not pinpoint a 4 hour window when they may arrive to set up. To just say they will call you 30 minutes prior is not helpful. When you are planning a large party, that's not exactly a timetable that works. I would think by the day before, you could pinpoint either morning or afternoon for a delivery schedule.read more

I connected with Mike (based out of Buffalo) at McCarthy's for ALL my rental needs for our backyard wedding (tent, tables and chairs, lights, ovens, grills, plates, silverware, linens, EVERYTHING) and had a truly fantastic experience.
