I would never go anywhere else! The service is top notch, from the owner to the team. Even the delivery guys were super nice and professional. They have beautiful linens, chairs, tables, you name it! I went to McCarthy Tents & Events to add bistro lighting for a little ambiance under the wedding reception tent and they did not disappoint! Their lights gave the extra oomph the tent needed to have that romantic ambiance you want for a wedding :) The entire staff was friendly and easy to get in touch with, and the person installing the lights sent me pictures to make sure it was what I envisioned!read more

The wedding was spectacular! All went well, starting with the weather. McCarthy's wonderful crew set up the tents in the POURING RAIN 2 days in advance. It kept the ground underneath somewhat drier, and thus was completely dry by Saturday.
The service was awesome - the staff always provided prompt answers to my many questions over 6 months, and had great flexibility near the end with my additions and subtractions. I was quite impressed with how spacious the 40'x100' tent was with 200+ people inside it! I highly recommend McCarthy's for any event!read more

The tent we got from McCarthy's was a big beautiful double poled white tent that immediately brought a festive look to the yard. A crew came, led (I think) by Adam Bentivegna; they were responsible and responsive and a pleasure to work with. LIghts on the tent added a welcome touch. I also got the 12' x 12' dance floor which for my party was a little small (around 80 people) but aside from that, everything went smoothly with getting the tent up and down and I would gladly return as a customer again.read more

The day has not quite arrived yet. So far the service has been very pleasant and efficient. But they can not pinpoint a 4 hour window when they may arrive to set up. To just say they will call you 30 minutes prior is not helpful. When you are planning a large party, that's not exactly a timetable that works. I would think by the day before, you could pinpoint either morning or afternoon for a delivery schedule.read more

I connected with Mike (based out of Buffalo) at McCarthy's for ALL my rental needs for our backyard wedding (tent, tables and chairs, lights, ovens, grills, plates, silverware, linens, EVERYTHING) and had a truly fantastic experience. With all the moving pieces that go into a wedding the rentals was a piece I never worried about. Every time I called (planning this from Boston) all my questions were answered by Mike or someone on the team. Costs were always clear and the set up and take down were seamless.
