It was fantastic to help with this outdoor fall wedding in Rush, NY.  The mostly wooded and genreously sized property made for a stunning surrounding for this 60'x100' tent.  A bright sunny day also helped!  The family of the bride were an absolute delight to work with, and the planning skills of Tracy Morgan (www.elegance-weddingsandevents.com) made for a well orchestrated wedding ceremony and reception.

Sticking with the natural outdoor theme, the bride chose the bamboo ribbed, natural colored paper lanterns.  Thanks to Paul Van Hoy (www.fotoimpressions.com) for some great images!

The father of the bride gave new meaning to Do-It-Yourself wedding decor.  Using what nature provided on the property, he hand cut what had to have been over 100 pieces of wood to create these truly unique center pieces.  Very unique!

Going Green!

10'x10' frame tent

In September, 2011, McCarthy Tents & Events was honored to be selected as the tent vendor for the inaugural Greentopia Festival.  And we were amazed that we could fit thirty 10'x10' frame tent tops in the back of this pickup truck!
