Our warehouse is centrally located in Henrietta, NY, and we serve the greater Rochester area. We’re happy to travel outside our area for larger events as well.

Welcome to McCarthy Tents & Events! My name is Sean McCarthy, and I am the proud founder & owner. I was born and raised here in Rochester, NY and have worked locally in the event and party rental industry since I was 18 years old. As a smaller tent and party rental company, we confidently offer highly personalized service, competitive quotes on every order and only the best rental equipment.
